Our rehab program comprises several levels, so clients can receive the right amount of structure, intensity, and support as their needs change. The path often looks like this:

PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) / IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)

Clients may begin with structured, daytime clinical programming — therapy, groups, psychiatric care — while returning to a calm, supportive home environment (if appropriate). PHP/IOP are especially useful for individuals who need solid support but are stable enough to not require full residential care.

Step-Down / Aftercare

After completing residential-level care, clients transition through step-down phases: back into PHP or IOP, outpatient support, therapy, and finally into aftercare and alumni supports. Throughout, we maintain focus on relapse prevention, ongoing mental health care, and connection to community supports.

Our Tennessee detox program accepts Multiplan insurance, helping you begin recovery with safety and dignity. Detox provides medical and emotional support while you navigate withdrawal. Our approach includes:
  • Medical assessment. We’ll start with a full medical assessment. Involving tests like lab work and an EKG, this helps us understand your overall physical condition and the risk of serious withdrawal symptoms.
  • Vital sign monitoring. Your vital signs will be monitored regularly for the entirety of our detox program.
  • Treatment for withdrawal symptoms. Medications and other treatments (e.g., hydration and electrolyte support) lessen the severity of withdrawal symptoms, keep you safe, and decrease discomfort.
  • Emotional support. We don’t just address physical symptoms. Withdrawal can be difficult emotionally due to symptoms like drug cravings. Our team is here to provide emotional support.
  • Nutrition. Nutrient supplementation can be necessary for some people going through drug and alcohol withdrawal due to possible complications, like deficiencies. This is one of the things we’ll look out for and address as needed.

Our residential program in Tennessee offers a sanctuary for healing. As a Multiplan member, you’ll build new routines, participate in daily groups, and receive weekly individual therapy—all in a supportive, substance-free environment. We encourage family involvement and provide 24/7 staff support, helping you lay a strong foundation for recovery. Most stays range from 30 to 60 days, tailored to your journey.
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides intensive daytime treatment while allowing you to return home each evening. With Multiplan insurance, you can access 30 hours of group therapy each week, as well as dedicated one-on-one sessions. Our team works with you and your family to build resilience and skills for long-term wellness. PHP can be a starting point or a step-down after residential care, based on your needs.
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Tennessee is designed for flexibility, supporting your recovery as you return to work, school, or family life. Multiplan insurance members can access several hours of therapy per week, fitting treatment into their real-world responsibilities. IOP can be the first step for some, or a bridge between higher levels of care and daily life.

Our programs have a strong clinical foundation, consisting of a combination of the most evidence-based therapies for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Adventure therapy activities are available as an add-on treatment. They can support the treatment process by providing opportunities to develop new skills, connect with others, and build confidence, alongside other benefits. Activities offered include:

  • Length of stay: Varies depending on client needs — detox/residential phases might be weeks; step-downs and outpatient work may extend months. Treatment is personalized.
