Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) delivers structured, therapeutic care during the day, letting you spend nights at home. Anthem insurance covers 30 hours of group therapy per week and dedicated individual counseling. We collaborate with you and your loved ones to develop skills and resilience for lasting recovery. PHP serves as either an entry point to treatment or a transition after residential care, depending on your progress.
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers a flexible schedule so you can continue with work, education, or family responsibilities while focusing on your recovery. Anthem covers multiple weekly therapy sessions, allowing you to balance care with everyday life. IOP may be the first level of support for some or a step-down after more intensive treatment for others.
