Our rehab program comprises several levels, so clients can receive the right amount of structure, intensity, and support as their needs change. The path often looks like this:

PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) / IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)

Clients may begin with structured, daytime clinical programming — therapy, groups, psychiatric care — while returning to a calm, supportive home environment (if appropriate). Step-Down / Aftercare

Prior to detox, you’ll receive a full medical assessment so we can tailor your care and identify any risks. Most clients complete detox within 3 to 10 days before transitioning to residential or outpatient treatment.

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) bridges the gap between inpatient and outpatient care, offering 30 hours of group therapy each week as well as weekly one-on-one counseling. Family therapy is available when helpful. PHP is designed to provide the structure and support you need while allowing you greater independence.
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Tennessee provides a flexible treatment schedule, making it easier to balance therapy with work, school, or family commitments. TRICARE members can begin their recovery with IOP or use it as a step-down after more intensive care, ensuring ongoing support at every stage.

  • Beds & capacity: 16 beds for men; 12 beds for women.

Because some elements (e.g. adventure therapy) are not covered, those are optional or added when clinically appropriate.

  • Length of stay: Varies depending on client needs — detox/residential phases might be weeks; step-downs and outpatient work may extend months. Treatment is personalized.
