- 30 hours of group therapy per week (Sunday through Friday): This includes a combination of process groups, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation.
- One individual therapy session per week: Individual counseling allows for personalized, one-on-one support tailored to the client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.
- Dual Diagnosis Treatment: Many individuals with substance use disorders also struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health conditions. Our dual diagnosis approach ensures that both addiction and mental health issues are treated simultaneously.

While our adventure therapy experiences such as white-water rafting, rock climbing, zip-lining, and Lacota-inspired sweat lodges are not the central focus of our insurance-billable clinical program, they are available to complement the therapeutic process.
Engaging in these activities can help boost self-esteem, foster resilience, and reduce stress—key elements in recovery. With a Certified Adventure Guide and Course Manager on staff, all outdoor experiences are conducted safely and responsibly.
