Clients in our partial hospitalization program (PHP) receive 30 hours of group therapy per week, with sessions held Sunday through Friday. This involves a combination of evidence-based approaches, such as psychoeducation, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), process groups, and relapse prevention. Groups are used alongside once-weekly individual therapy sessions. Family therapy sessions are also recommended if appropriate for the client. 

Intensive Outpatient Program In Tennessee 

Our intensive outpatient program in Tennessee is the next step down from PHP. Clients in Xplore Recovery’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) near Dalton participate in groups, individual therapy, and other structured activities (e.g., family therapy) a few days per week, with sessions lasting for a few hours or so each day. Depending on your needs, you can start treatment in IOP or step down to IOP after completing PHP.
